I think i may have started a new craze in woodshop as it now seems to be the most popular activity in camp, were always so busy and full, kids are making alsorts and enjoying themselves at my expense (stressful but fun) the afternoons are nice because I get enthusiastic nice kids who want to make kool projects, the craze i started was these things called Indo Boards, their basically a small kool looking surf board with stoppers and a pipe or ball underneath and you have to balance on it without falling off "hang ten dude!" they like making these because their fun, fairly easy, kool looking and they get to spray paint them etc... hopefully i can post some pictures soon, im dying to post pic's!!
The other thing ive just remembered is lately in teh evening activities ive been out on the water tubing!, its soooo sweet i could do it heaps! I either chill out on a speedboat watching kids being towed around the lake at 35mph admiring the wonderful scenary and them having a blast then falling off or I get to have a go myself, its an amazing thing because it just naturally brings a smile to your face weather doing the tubing or watching it, especially when you hit a wave and catch some air!
The other day we also had a cabin cookout, where we make a BBQ for teh kids outside our cabin it went really well but unfortunatly this frog just lept into our fire pit and burnt, we were tempted to eat it but the kids were around.
Today has been my day off, I was suppose to take the kids out fishing on a canoe at 6am but set my alarm for teh wrong time so I promised them id take them tomoz morning, but I did wake up early and went out to the lake for moosebears, after that i got ready, me barney and dave lent ethans jeep cherokee and decided because it was our day off we would go to wiers beach
about an hours drive away, the weather was sweet we chilled on the beach played frisbee and soccer then had a fairly nice dinner I had octopus, did a bit of gift shopping then played crazy golf hehe, I WON!!
it was so chilled out, its been a wiked day off, when I got back to camp I chilled out for an hour and heaps of us had the night off so we caught the free bus to hanover and went to EBA's (everything but anchovies) and guess what they do anchovies, I had a 12" pizza to myself and now i feel so full, atm im in the fraternity library. Im gonna link up my camera and try to load some pics now.Baii for now guys.
