Orford beach

Orford beach

Last night was sweet chilled out played some card games one called cash in particular, then me callum and 2 CITS (counsilor in training) went and freaked out a cabin by shining torches through the rafters and tapping on the floor beams, then we made drunked moose noises that were funny but the kids freaked out more, almost got told off for it oooopps, after that we all chilled in the rec hall and played STING PONG, its basicalled ping pong but every point follows by punishment (practically naked exept boxers, you turn around usually and the other player takes a crack at your back). It really is a sweet game.

Today has been the ultimate chill out day, it started off after breakfast and we went to walmart to pick up some food, we got steaks and some snags, it was soo hot around 35-37oc, We basically went to the otherside of the lake from our camp and just chilled their had a barbie (aussie's coking) and a few brewski's and talked for ages, came back caught the bus to hanover had a nice burrito baught a dartmouth college tee and here I am sat in the library on a apple mac.

Color War!!!

Hi again guys, ok some big things have been happening lately!!
First off this cool guy got fired for cursing at his kids when they came back from a trip to manchester and a baseball game real late and woke him up.

Second of all we had the councillor soccer match on the sunday morning and it was typical british weather, it was supposed to be americans vs foobies but the USA also recruited some aussies. The game ended 3-0 to the foobies (british, south african, french and italian). I scored 2 of the goals, first one was a fumble from the keeper which I dinked over his hands (eric my co-councillor) and the second one was a diving header at the back post which he had no chance of saving, I almost scored a third from way out off the goallies kick which I chested and vollied back at him.

Third of all the other night we all went to club electra in lebanon, check it out at (http://www.electranightclubs.com/westleb/) I was sober the whole night but it was still very entertaining, we got scanned for knifes on entry, and inside its very modern and good looking, the club part is very cheesy. their are certain rules though that you have to obey by like no standing at the bar unless ure 21 (thats annoying) regardless I stood at the bar and played this entertaining game called spot the difference which turned into naked spot the difference lol, It was very funny and cool to socialise with some of the head councillors, one is called malony and he is mad!! but so funny. Later on we all went and danced and had a great night even though most of us were on sodas (free refils) :)

Fourth of all.... COLOR WAR!!! this is this awsome 2 day team event (red vs grey) where the kids compete at almost everything, color war starts off as a thing called break.
Break is at night, we put all the kids to bed and then rush down the hill put on long hooded cloaks and face paint along with a flamed torch, we plan it all out before hand and then wake up the kids and scare the living daylights outta them, The task I was assigned to went like so... The kids (senior A2's) are forced down the hill in darkness where people jump out on them, they are then thrown in the woodshop and the door is locked, they are left their for 5-10mins with someone on the roof wipping a metal chain on it, then one by one they are forced out the woodshop and sent to the bridge in darkness where im waiting, i jump out on them grab them and lead them to another hooded member who then takes them to this old pump house and kicks them in, they are left their in complete darkness with someone in the room who they cannot see (malony) he shines a bright light in their face and shouts at them, spins them around and writes a letter on the back on their neck.
Once everyone has a letter on the back of their neck they then go up the hill in to the shower house which has a strobe light in and all the shower curtains closed, they then must decipher what is written on the backs of their necks and open the correct shower door, 2 people are waiting in the showers to jump out and soak them.
Other games included being shackled to each other and lead through the forest.
After all this they meet up and a story begins which announces the kids and which team they are on, they then go to bed and wake up the next day as teams. During each lunch we councillors get to choose a kid to waiter for us which is very fun (Jeeves) the one today went "tick toc tick toc, its time for tea for our waiter we want mike pinski" etc... Im a judge of the teams and I aid scoring, today I judged a street hockey match and the junior hill run.
